Carlsen’s Horseradish
Horseradish can cause a small tear in the corner of the eye. It’s called the Nordic Chili and can be compared to the Japanese horseradish wasabi.
The small root with the strong taste can fuel your dishes and your metabolism. Use grated horseradish from Carlsen’s as a flavoring in sauces, dips, dressings, wraps, salads etc.
Bon appetite.
Horseradish, shredded roughly
50 g
Shredded horseradish is the most popular variety. With the long fine strips, it goes well as a decoration for many different dishes, and it has a good structure with a strong taste! Shredded horseradish is perfect in your burger, on your hot dog, as a garnish on a salad or quite traditionally on the Wienerschnitzel, Parisian Steak or on danish open sandwiches.
Horseradish, finely grated
40 g
Grated horseradish has a very fine structure, and is a perfect flavoring in sauces, dips, smoothies, dressings and much more. It is easy to adjust the strength, so you can hit everything from the discreet slightly sweet taste to the strong harsh taste that can be felt in the nose.
Horseradish, raw
50 g / 80 g
With the raw and natural horseradish you can process it just the way you want it. It’s also perfect for pickling. If you add slices of the whole horseradish to your pickle, it not only gives flavor – it also has a preservative effect.
